Zelda 2 is one of the most disappointing sequels ever made.
Zelda 2 is one of the most disappointing sequels ever made
I mean Far Cry 2 exist
What about you? Compared to your parents you're a much bigger dissapointment than Zelda 2 was.
Half-Life 2 exists.
Zelda 2 was the best one imo
Devil may cry 2 is the worst offender
Last of Us 2?
Invisible War is the most disappointing
The short as fuck reach of most melee attacks is one of my pet peeves in NES era games.
This is the worst one
I can't think of a worse sequel
Adventure of Link has the best 2D combat in any video game, and is one of the best sequels ever made.
Based answers.
Breath of the Wild is one of the most disappointing sequels ever made.
I remember when it released. No one cried about it. Just enjoyed it for what it was.
It's true, the vast majority of the NES library consists of games that you wouldn't pay for if they were released today. Doesn't mean you can't respect what they meant in the context of their era, but they're not all-time great games.
I disagree. If they made a serious effort to make 8 bit and 16 bit games they would sell well.
Blood 2
You should try Fortune Summoners, it has very similar combat
Castlevania 2 (pretty much entirely the translation's fault)
Any/every Kingdom Hearts game after 2
SMB2 Jap version (let's face it, it's just more SMB, how boring)
Doom 3 exists
Why do people who have never even touched an NES controller pretend to hate Zelda 2 and Castlevania 2?
Different does not equal bad.
Youtubers, probably. I really liked Castlevania 2 when I was a kid.
Both are literally on the NES Classic mini you fucking retard
It is a great game thatis massively underrated and it's a shame we didn't get another game with the side-scrolling concept.
It genuinely has the most dynamic combat of every Zelda game which actually puts you on your toes and forces you to play smart because if you rush like a retard, you get punished for it. It's no wonder that everyone who suck at videogames would hate it.
It's true that most NES games have superior counterparts on the SNES but even then there's still plenty of great games on the NES.
>ITT: people who tried it on an emulator after beating all the 3D games pretend that they witnessed the games launch
>He beat Dark Link legitimately? I yield.
>filtered by zelda 2
o i'm laffin
I grew up with Intellivision and NES, and I played Zelda 2. Sword length is a legitimate gripe, but it's literally the only gripe.
Isn't this 40 year old faggot homeless? Why should I care what he thinks about 33 year old video games?
Literally who?
;_;
Alundra 2 exists.
Zelda 2 is better than Zelda 1.
HL2 was great
