I got bored working up the heat levels one by one so I've been attempting em4 with 17 heat. It's more fun but the randomness is a lot more noticeable with the increased difficulty.

It feels a little sad because I like the game a lot but I'm also finding myself losing interest already after the 5th clear.

It doesn't help that the game only has four locations, of which the first is irrelevant because of how easy it is and the fourth barely qualifies as one.
The banter between the gods is not nearly as clever as I thought it would be, the combat/enemies and the bonuses are not nearly as varied as I initially thought they would be and the heat system, apart from the EM thing is just completely bland as well.

The titan blood upgrade system discourages experimentation too, absolutely no idea why it's the way it is.

I finally beat Hades today. Pretty cheesy I guess but fuck it I finally did it after 22 attempts, thank you bow.
I'm enjoying this far more than I expected, I thought it would feel repetitive and boring pretty quickly given how little levels there are.

If you have deflect, Charon goes from fucking impossible to ez pz.
You can deflect literally every one of his attacks. Even his melee, which does 500 damage to him.

God design might be cringe in many areas but the gameplay is based so I can look past it.
