Can anyone remember an old adventure game, you played as a girl, the first area had snow and a tower, I though it was a Sierra game but couldn't find it

This game doesn't take hostages, you can fuck yourself permanently by leveling wrong things or how having companions hinder your character by sharing XP but companions don't follow you between acts.
It's i wanna be the guy of Russian cRPGs, it has still nice crafting system even for this day, but it's stealth game in disguise. As a kid I barely bitten it with cheats but anyone with enough will to quickload 500 times for perfect backstab crit in the head can get by just fine.
