So is the microstutter a problem for everyone with win 7? I lowered my video load thingy to below 3.5 and I still get occasional hangups, especially during in-engine cutscenes. Didn't have this problem with REmake 2.
Also, is the game really as short as people say? Not that I mind, but I heard it was very very short, and the last one wasn't that long either.

Be sure to disable chromatic aberration and change the anti-aliasing from TAA+FXAA to SMAA if you are below 4K. Chromatic aberration must be disabled no matter the resolution. It's absolute garbage.

you say 3.5 vram so I guess you're using a 970.
Try lowering that thing to 3.2. Also I had microstutter on Re2 before upgrading my cpu, at the time I had a 6600k and shit stuttered even when CPU load wasn't that high.

I've got a 1660 TI, I just googled it and saw people talking about keeping the load under 3.5 and didn't realize it was GPU specific. Still, it's currently at 2.8 or something and I still have issues. Will try to fuck with AA and turning off Chromatic aberration.

Nope. I don't get the drive to be active when I coom. I'm actually the most lazy person you'll ever met. I've done long streaks of nofap (2+ months) where the most exercise I've done is leaving my room and I still feel AMAZING. At least for me, nofap works. With or without exercise.
