Based. You literally can't name another company who puts this much effort and love into their DLCs, while still charging a fair price.
Nintendo does DLC right
I agree with Sakurai, Just wish he would legit just say "play with a wired connection you dumb shits"
This guy is beginning to look like a shriveled up skeleton with a wig on
They should just make it so a wired connection favors your inputs over wireless ones.
But amiibos are doing DLC wrong so you're just a fag
>male Byleth
And into the bargain bin it goes
>when you compare it to our other products that are gigantic ripoffs, this isn’t so bad! :^]
Imagine defending artificially scarce physical dlc holy shit
BOTW DLC and Pokemon DLC are shit-tier.
>$25 for 5 playable characters
>fair price
nintendo is a cult
>this thing that we charge too much money for is cheaper than this thing that we charge WAY too much money for, so it's a good deal
Pokemon's DLC was better than the main game though.
Did the Banjo and Bythe amiibo release? I never heard shit about them
That's really not that bad based on other DLC for fighting game. 5 dollars for a fighter, a stage, and music. For most fighting games you'd pay 5 dollars for each of those. And they'd make you pay for their alt colors in some cases.
shut up coomer
>A slightly polished piece of shit is better than a piece of shit
>>Byleth
>And into the bargain bin it goes
FTFY
Yes. But more than that Pokemon's DLC had an actual polished map with effort put into it. I'm not even trying to shill it makes me angry that the DLC was so much better than the main game.
Other fighting games charge a standard price of 7$ and you sometimes get a stage and never get music. All in all yes this a much better deal then you're average fighting game
Most other fighters charge $6 for a character and nothing else
Sound like something a loser would say
Seriously. The supposedly gargantuan effort involved in making these singular characters isn't worth wasting his literal life and soul over. Brawl modders make fan's dreams come true in a game that's actually more fun to play, and they do it for free! I'd trade away 4/Ultimate in a nanosecond if it meant recursively setting Sakurai free and giving him total reign to make new games that are actually interesting and fresh. Air Ride, Meteos, and KI: Uprising are all gamekino and we are being robbed of further kino because Nintendo keeps making him workhorse for Smash. I hate to say it but at this rate he's gonna be ready for the glue factory by the time this DLC pack is over.
Does it still have that problem where wild area pokemon are level 60 for no reason?
>canon byleth was the one chosen to get an amibo instead of the prostitute larping as a mercenary
I fail to see the problem here
Champion's Ballad was top-tier, fuck you
Female Byleth makes more sense in the context of 3 Houses story but Male Byleth is infinitely better designed than Female Byleth so I understand why they went with him
Please explain how you think the Isle of Armor DLC had effort put into it. I appreciate the ability to catch pokemon not native to Galar but it just looks like another hub for raids in the end. The most interesting thing my friend and I discovered from the DLC is the item fusion mechanic which has a surprising amount of depth for pokemon.
Amibos are very chap for the quality though, if I wasn't opposed to Paid DLC I would buy heaps of them, I have still caved on occasion even
I like the idea of being challenged to fully power up the Master Sword.
If he's saying it then it must be true
Because the map isn't just a flat empty space with no design philosophy. The isle of armors map has the pokemon in areas where it makes sense for them to be, it has little caves and paths and places to explore and look through, the areas it has are full of life and fauna and aren't just empty dead space. The map has actual work out into it that the regular in game map just does not have. I suggest going around both and comparing how they're designed and you'll understand what I mean. Especially in terms of Pokemon placement where in the regular wild area they're just placed in random zones with almost no rhyme or reason. The DLC has so much more thought then the main game. It's what a map should look like.
>Female Byleth makes more sense in the context of 3 Houses story
I think in most cases Amiibos offer pretty pointless inoffensive bonuses. The Zelda games, as far as I know, are the only ones where it gets really bullshit. Oh and Amiibo Festival but Nintendo learned not to do that again.
I think the guy means the whole "meant to be a new vessel for Sothis" thing, but Rhea had no way to influence Byleth's gender since she only started her experimentation after Byleth was born.
Well she does doesn't she?...
What are your thoughts on the Crown Tundra then? Will it be the map that makes or breaks it for you, or has the announced content already caused you to form an opinion?
and the cult is already here
Based, I wanted F!Byleth so bad (and not even for the jar jokes lol)
Yeah it was some pretty scummy bullshit with zelda, hopefully they don't repeat it with zelda 2
Bruh I'm not saying that the DLC is good I'm saying in comparison to other fighting game DLC. It is easily the best
Most other DLC for fighting games are only a character. A couple of them will come with a stage but that's if you're lucky, and they are also usually 7.99 or 6.99
Smash at least comes with some music, a stage, and a character. All of which is 5.99. I'm not saying it's good. I'm saying it's better than the competition
seethe harder sonygro
>say some bullshit
>get called out
>C-C-CULT!!!!!!!1!1!1!1
lmao what a retard
just stating facts retarded faggot. inform yourself before posting retarded shit
I haven't formed a full opinion yet since I want to wait until I play it but it seems to be the same as the Isle of Armor in that they actually put effort into making an interesting map with proper thought behind it. There's this point where the trainer and I think Dragonite are clearly in some kind of tower or cave above the rest of the map and that's the kind of shit the original wild area was missing. That the game as a whole lacked.
Galar itself, the main game, is such a half assed map. Not just the wild area but the towns and routes. The DLC showed Gamefreak could have made maps that look nice and fun to play in but just didn't do it until they could charge 30 more dollars. For me the Pokemon DLC is closer to what the game should have been in the first place. It isn't like the BOTW DLC where it's clearly a waste of 20 dollars.
And if the seasons+missing Pokemon theory is true we'll probably see two more islands based on fall and spring including the other 200 Pokemon next year making this goddamn game a 120 experience for people that actually paid.
