Only time I saw a decent girl player was in TF2, some new zealand whore was sniping on 2fort and she would always be first place with dominations. But to be fair, sniping on tf2 is not difficult at all, including when it's on 2fort, the most easiest map in the game.

I play in the top 0.05% of league of children on my region and there are no women that can compete. Not kidding.

The few ones we see play support (braindead role with braindead champions) and still cant perform decently. Orgs will rather place a male midlaner into support role than a female support, simply because the male reacts and plays on an order of magnitude better than the female.
