In kid icarus uprising, palutena isn't actually that strong for the most part, she's mostly on the level of other gods, pit fights her easily without the three sacred treasures when she's possessed.
Hades is definitely a cut above the rest of the gods though

Overstating a characters powers is a sign that you are a fanboy, 5th graders do that. Also, you DO know that you can make more tiers right? You can add more levels to further categorize the characters instead of fitting like 20 of them in E tier
