Has a great relationship with Villager. Steve does find him strange though, compared to the Villagers he deals with. His trades also aren't nearly as good, mostly bugs and stuff. Steve and Alex are so good at building though, that Master Hand barely has to restore everything when fights break out. Though they seem to have a habit of storing their TNT right next to potential fires or redstone contraptions. The house has gotten a lot of secret rooms, which other characters appreciate. Enderman and Dark Samus have some nice moments together, with the two of them grabbing objects and running off together. Simon and Richter love the endless horde of Zombies, it makes them feel at home.

My headcanon is that Steve in Smash is being controlled by some 3 year old playing Minecraft on his mom's tablet.
He somehow loaded into Smash instead of Minecraft, so everything is new to him, yet everything was already new to him so he continues just hitting shit trying to get blocks to craft with.
On the outside he's completely emotionless but on the inside he's got genuine childish ignorance, wonder, and bliss.

i think Steve's demeanor in the trailer is really entertaining. like he just does things with that same face and you can never tell what he's thinking or what he's going to do. like he could be chilling with the boys and then he sees a rare material poking out of a nearby rocky hill and excavates the entire thing just because he wanted that rare material.
