The actual gameplay is fun imo, but don't bother unless you have a bit of that autism energy.

It's pretty good, but it's still a gacha game. It is probably the least in your face compared towards other gacha games like FGO though.

Are the Crimson Witch of Flames artifact set rare? I've done like 10 runs of the dungeon they drop in and haven't seen a single one yet.

You can play the game with the free characters, some 4* are actually better than some 5*.
With the rolls the game gives you for playing you can at least get 3-4 new characters.

Is there a good way of getting the crystal mining material? I need 100 for two 4-star weapons and it takes forever to run around farming them, even using the interactive map. I know about expeditions too.

It's a gacha user you're not in for a good time. You can't even enter a dungeon until you hit AR20 so get ready to grind away.

Take out your credit card like a good paypig and give the game some money.

You can mine in other people's worlds as well, though maybe ask before taking their stuff first.

Alright, but relative to what though? Name one other mobile JRPG gacha with better combat. I wouldn't say it's on the higher end of action games, but I've slogged through plenty of games with far worse combat and gameplay. I'd say it is exactly what it aims to be. Somewhere between BOTW and Nier: Automata.

I actually like his design compared to the other dudes. Though the characters you meet at the harbor also have good designs and I like them.
