Is Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 worth playing if you've got no nostalgia for it?

I always liked 4 better and I still enjoyed it a lot nora.

Wait for it to be $20. It's fun but not up to today's standards. If only they made it a trilogy with thps3 added. That was the best one out of the 3.

Yes if you're willing to learn how to play and get good
The THPS series really became popular not just because skateboarding was popular but because they perfectly translated it to an arcadey addictive gameplay style that's fun even if you don't care about skateboarding
This is why you want to learn the mechanics get good to truly enjoy it because it's just that type of game
They basically added all of the mechanics up to THUG except getting off the board to those classic levels that still have great designs and are opened up way more just by having those mechanics especially wallplant helps a lot in the first two games
