Here's how you remove the upskirt censorship:
Deleting the folder "blocks" in
Genshin Impact Game\GenshinImpact_Data\Persistent\AssetBundles
removes the upskirt censorship.
There's another blocks folder in \StreamingAssets\AssetBundles
don't touch that folder.
Whenever the game updates the folder is remade and you'll have to go back and delete it to keep the censorship off

In this case, you're saying every instance of greatsword swinging should be attributed to Nier.
