PC Gaming is cheap

Please stop coping and pretending like anything PC related is expensive.

It never has been expensive.

Windows 10 costs a hundred dollars. And that's the version without Pro DLC.

>Buying Windows

GPUs are pretty fucking expensive right now thanks to Nvidia being greedy as fuck.

The version with Putin's bitcoin miner is of no interest to me.

It's not cheap nor it doesn't have to be. Gaming is a luxury.

Lol, I love Zig Forums's tech illiteracy.

Go away, Vlad.

u can get a working key on ebay for $5 lmao

better to just pirate it, buying from ebay is just as illegal lol

This. My one regret is not getting into selling windows keys and flash drives full of emulators on them earlier, easy money from retards.

U can use a pirated win7/8 key and it would still activate

Sure it does...if you're a sucker lmao

Expensive hardware, cheap/free games. It balances out.

the nvidia rtx 3000 series dropping BTFO PS5

not only is more powerful hardware coming out but older hardware (that is still more powerful than the PS5 btw) is getting cheaper, rtx 3060 is rumored to be as powerful as a 2070 super for $300

Didn't windows 10 become free on their website or was that like a one time deal? Either way pirate it because it's never worth buying an OS

you can get it free but you just get a watermark at the bottom right thats about it

Does it go away at all or is it glued to the screen at all times?

Download KMSpico and it gets rid of it without you having to buy/pilfer a key.

>t. someone who never did PC gaming over 10 years ago when GPUs didn't cost an arm and leg for even bottom tier.

How much over 10 years?
I got by just fine with a midrange ATI HD3000 series for $60

The argument isn't that pc gaming is expensive. The argument is that 4k gaming is expensive on a pc hence why it is better buying a console. 1080p is still pretty cheap for a pc.

there are different tiers of pc gaming. sure pleb tier 1080p pc gaming is cheap. but there are extremes of performance to which you can aspire, and the experience is excquisite. i am talking about 4k oled curved monitors surrounding your vision with 2 top of the line video cards run in SLI mode with an overclocked CPU with the best liquid cooling money can buy

From my experience PC has a higher upfront cost but is much cheaper in the long run, plus many benefits such as using what input method you like or playing older games at higher res/framerates.

Sli has been dead for years and no one makes games for high end hardware anymore.

The 2000 series already btfos the ps5

Pc is literally better in every way, it just has a higher initial cost. This is why price is the only thing consolefags can cling to

That budget PC looks great for the time considering it includes all peripherals and a monitor in the price. The PC itself is about half the price stated.

Or just keep the watermark lol. You can easily ignore it.

Removing the Windows license and monitor, yea, it's about $570.
That said, it also doesn't come with a GPU, so that's a MAJOR factor.

here's the sucker who believes next gen consoles will be able to handle *native* 4k@60fps

>A 20 inch monitor used to be huge
>You were expected to budget a monitor into your PC build instead of just assuming you have one, or using your TV
>Floppy drive
Got damn i feel old

You know what to do then.

An integrated Geforce though. Remember when motherboards had built in grafics cards? Now APUs/intel integrated grafics are finally doing what they used to.

If you have a PC already, it's not cheap. If you need a new PC, might as well kill two birds with one stone and pay bit more. It's that simple.
