Objectively false. You can dislike them all you want. Fallout Tactics, Brotherhood of Steel, 3, 4, and 76 are still all Fallout games.

Actually watch the video, he makes some good points. FO4 at its core is a pretty solid game, the content just sucks for the most part. I think if we ever see the FO4: New Vegas mod released that will soon become apparent.

It doesn't matter who "owns the IP" because its a theseus ship situation, they're literally just fan fiction. Don't tell me you consider Metal Gear Survive an actual Metal Gear game, Nu-Star Wars to be actual Star Wars, Nu-Halo to be actually Halo, Nu-V:TMB to actually be V:TMB, ect.

Fallout 4 with good writing would be one of the greatest games of all time IMO.

Combine New Vegas with Fallout 4 special, perks, combat&crafting and you got the perfect Fallout game.

It's actually worse than I remembered. I first played this on a shitty AMD FX processor with a 560ti and thought it played like shit because of my shitty setup. Revisited it with a ryzen and 1070 last year and even with mods it's a colossal mess.
The writing is awful, the art direction is inconsistent and the actual combat still doesn't feel like much an improvement over the first Bethesda Fallout. The mod support or community also seems pretty bad, going by what's available on Nexusmods compared to FO3 and NV.

excuse me? story-wise both games are just as linear when it comes to both map progression and choice. the open world aspect is similar, the (lack of) rpg elements are similar, but 4 at least has passable shooting. both games are open world shooters not rpgs
