HBG and the two lances are the slowest. Considering there's no negative sheating skill, they still take half the time the monster needs to charge and fire the beam. Which isn't even an aimed beam but a sweeping one.

Also you're literally complaining that not using a hot drink in an ice zone drops your stamina.

Switch to an agitator charm drop some points in attack to fit peak performance, should be better that way.
