To be fair, water cooling has always been a meme unless the water is cooled by an external refrigerant. Most setups use fans to cool the water - fans placed inside the PC. The laws of physics tell you that the heat dispersion ability of that is no better than just blowing fans of the fucking thing directly.

Electronics warm up when in use. If it pushes it all out and doesn't overheat, it's fine.

I've got my fans manually set to 65% right now and even on my R9 Fury space heater running at 80C the air coming out from the back of my PC is warm, not hot.
The air coming from your GPU should never FEEL hot, because at that point your GPU is probably running at or near its thermal limit and it throttling.
The problem here is, AMD's GPUs have always been known to run hot as fuck, which is why their mobile offerings have always been extremely limited outside of the mid-range.

Honestly, the moment I saw how the thing is build here I was thinking housefire. It has no intake fan and if you put it vertically there really is not enough space at the bottom for air to get in. Not to mention consumers are idiots so you will have a lot of scenarios like pic related. I feel like there are going to be quite a few issues.
