Launches in two months

>launches in two months
>not a single game in sight
Is SeX going to be the first console ever with no starting lineup?

Launches next month buddy.

Xbox doesn’t need games

Um excuse me? It launches with netflix.

The paradigm has shifted Snoyboi.

Xbox isn't about consoles. Its about offering a service.

Microsoft have evolved with the times. Sony are still stuck pushing the same business since 1994.

For you it's floyd spoiderman
For me it's gamepass
Thinking it's funnier snoy is releasing with an unused core, reserved for '3d sound' they won't be implementing by launch lmao

It's got Gears Tactics and Yakuza Like a Dragon as launch titles. That's enough for me when you also consider GamePass and enhanced Backwards Compatibility. Versus the ps5 which has no launch game that interests me

>Gears Tactics and Yakuza Like a Dragon
So, two old games?

The new Yakuza is literally new for the west what are you even on about. And gears tactics has barely been on pc for 6 months
>Inb4 I have a high end pc
No you don't snoy. Now go gobble up the new 90 dollar digital deluxe version of demons souls, a game released over 10 years ago like a good little consoomer you are for your overlords

>The new Yakuza is literally new for the west
Which doesn't make it a new game. It came out back in January and if you're an EOP, it's your problem.
>No you don't snoy.
Is this high end enough for you, my dude?

going to get game pass with a series S whats interesting on the snoy side of things ?

>PS5
>not a single superior hardware aspect over SeX in sight
>no gamepass
>very few good exclusives, feat. Remakes.
This.
If exclusives is the only thing your console has to offer, then your console is doing an even poorer job than Epic Games Store at providing you a good service.

>4 teraflops

>pivot to providing games as a service
>don't make any new games for it
Genius. Truly, Sony are done for.

>SeS is shit because it only has 4 teraflops!

This utter bullshit. Here's a fact: there isn't a single person on this planet who can explain to you how a teraflop equates to real world game performance. Nobody.

Its all bullshit. Its like when I was a kid and we'd talk about "BITS" in the playground.

>ZOMG its 16-Bits bro! 16!
>holy shit! The 32X is 32-bits bro!
>Atari Jaguar is 64-bits? Holy fuck how can anyone compete!
>My N64 is better than your Playstation! Its 64-bits faggot!

The PS4Pro has more than twice the teraflops of the PS4Base model. And yet there's barely any difference in performance.

The Series S is targeting 1440p rather than 4K. When you see the same game running on SeX and SeS, you'll need a microscopic video analysis to see the difference. The average joe won't even notice.

For £249, the tiny barely noticeable downgrade is well worth the bargain price.

It's already got gamepass and BC lol

Both playstation and xbox are going to have a strong first holiday season, but I feel like going forward microsoft has a much more appealing long term plan for game distribution and a lot of studios creating content for them. I'd say the xbox will appeal to the normie crowd who play a few games a year and like sports titles, though I have more interest in the sony exclusives going forward.

I'll probably get an S at launch just for gamepass, I'll get a ps5 when they're either cheaper or persona 6 gets released for it.

Uh bro, Microsoft now own half the fucking industry. They'll have more exclusives than Sony ever will.

>>don't make any new games for it
this is false though

>not a single game in sight

I honestly dont care, my xbox backlog is intimidating

In like 4 years sure. But for now even the games they announced years ago aren't ready.

>the tiny barely noticeable downgrade is well worth the bargain price.
That's good and all but I'd rather wait till november to see the actual tests.

>In like 4 years sure

Yeah I mean its almost like Microsoft have been planning for the future and Sony are dead as fuck after this gen with NOTHING to offer as consoles slowly but surely disappear....

Xbox has better hardware
Xbox has better backwards compatibility
Xbox has a bigger library if games to play on launch
Xbox has Gamepass

PS5 has Spider-Man, a PS4 game that looks worse than the PS4 version.
PS5 has a Souls remake from a studio with a proven track record of utter incompetence and butchering the games they remake.
PS5 has potato hardware

Meanwhile PS5 is launching without and sound

>m-m-muh gamepass
PS Now exists, has more games, and is cheaper. The only difference is that Sony considers it yet another service and MS tries to push their inferior one as something groundbreaking.

Both consoles will bomb because of government holocough measures.

Sony has more internal studios though. And all of them are bigger than indie trash MS buys.

Xbox Gamepass has more games and is cheaper.

I play
>bethesda games
>obsidian games
>battlefield games
Which are either exclusive to Microsoft or better played on Xbox than snoystation. I'm not building a new gaming PC, my old one still does what I need for non-gaming purposes.

I'm solely a PC user so I have no horse in this race, but if I had no PC and could only get one console, why the hell would I get an Xbox? Their line-up of exclusives last gen was absolutely pathetic while Sony's was pretty damn good. Buying Zenimax will give them a handful more way down the line sure but that's a gamble. Sony have already proved they can produce quality exclusives.

Second extinction and the medium

Everyone will be playing Cyberpunk and the new COD, 1st party games aren't needed.

And Sony are bringing all those to PC.

Sony suddenly noticed what Microsoft were up to and shat their pants. Sony hastily started to port all their exclusives to PC - in the hope of future-proofing the Playstation brand as some kind of Gamepass service in the future.

But now Microsoft have nuked the playing field with their recent acquisitions. Yeah go ahead Sony, keep porting your exclusives to Microsoft platforms. It will all work out well....

At $500 the Xbox rapes your PC. Unless you can show a timestamped screenshot of your PC with a 2080TI or a GTX 2090 in it, your PC is not as strong as the Xbox and yet you paid over twice as much for it.

Were you frozen during the 360/PS3 era? Because that's the last time any of those were awesome.

doesn't it haveike 3500 games playable at launch?
what the fuck is it with console niggers and their weird definitions of what does and doesn't count?

that has literally nothing to do with what we are talking about. good job user.

>if I had no PC and could only get one console, why the hell would I get an Xbox

You wouldn't. You would just get Gamepass on your PC if you don't have it already. Microsoft have already Trojan-Horsed their way into your house with their OS and delivery networks.

>actual backwards compatibility with more to come, pretty much any game with a performance mode or uncapped framerate from Xbone will benefit hugely
>Some of Xbone's back catalog getting free updates to take advantage of the new hardware, and Smart Delivery makes any publisher not giving free updates look like massive kikes
>Infinitely better multiplats because it's on objectively better hardware, remember the PS2 vs. the Hueg
Meanwhile the PS5 has a remake of a PS3 game I don't really care about and a Spiderman game I can just get on my PS4. Whoop-de-fucking-do.

jfc im talking to people who cant read

when it comes to exclusives that solely dependent on the person willing to buy the console
the only games that were intresting to me on the ps4 were god of war and ghost of tsu, but i prefer a game with decent multiplayer than just story, this i know xbox has
this is along with my friends being only into consoles drives me to purchase xbox.

>half of no games
Still equals no games.

In all honesty, both Xbox & Playstation have had nothing but shitty exclusives since 7th gen. The only exceptions, ONLY exceptions were Dead Rising 1 on 360, Killzone 2 on PS3 & The Last Guardian on PS4. You couldn't pay me to play any other exclusives on any of those systems.
