Lift.
Lift every fucking day, work every muscle group, eat well. Stay off the internet.
If you work hard it'll only take about 4-6 months to get really toned and strong looking. People who previously made fun of you won't even recognize you, and people who do recognize you will realize what a huge transformation you've made and will assume (either correctly or incorrectly) that you've fixed the other parts of your life too.
Hopefully getting into shape has also made you significantly more attractive so you might have made a new crowd of friends along the way who never gave a shit about speedrunners and had no idea who you were. Also hopefully the lifting and cardio have adapted you to pain and refocused your life and priorities, as well as making you healthier.
Additionally if you're ripped you can be an autist and it's much more socially acceptable because girls will just think it's "aww he doesn't know how to talk to girls" instead of "eww what a creep." Strong people can be shy or goofy but weak people can't.
