That doesn't explain why it's bad, that only tells me that you didn't like it. Whether or not you liked something is irrelevant to it being good or bad.
I personally don't like Half Life 2, but many people would say that it's a very good game.

I liked Fallout 3. It was my first Bethesda RPG. New Vegas is better but I still think Fallout 3 has a better overall map even if it doesn’t make sense from a survivalist standpoint. NV has better locations though and their map addresses a lot of the survivalist complaints.

FO4 was the one I couldn’t get into. FO3 never punished you for exploring the map from the start aside from a couple locations. New Vegas punishes you with giant rad scorpions and death claws and cazadores and you make decisions to get around them. FO4 just punishes you with hoardes of overpowered bullet spine enemies. Even Skyrim doesn’t really do that. FO4 would be better if the map was better and more interesting.

Outside of the intro I really am not sure what your talking about, and its light years beyond sitting in a train for 30 minutes watching the credits before you push a thing into a thing to make the plot happen like in the first one.

Whether it did or not doesn't really matter. What matters is the guy watching a small fraction of the video only to pick up a single argument made in an entire 6 hour video.
He basically scanned the video for the weakest argument he could look for, centered his response entirely around it, and disregarded the rest.
It's like trying to do a book report when you've only read the back cover and a few random pages in the middle of the book.
