Who team AMD here?

Already grabbed a 5700xt.
Will upgrade again in 3-4 years or so to 4K 144Hz.

Raytracing has gone too far.
That doesn't even look like water anymore. Water doesn't look like that. This isn't how reflections work in real life.
That looks like some strange canal of mysterious liquid metal

>Just wait bro, AMD will beat Intel this generation

AMD fans for the past 20 years.

If they could fix their shit ass drivers I'd buy AMD over nvidia any day of the week

They're fucking Intel pretty hard right now.
You're thinking of NVIDIA.

I'm team whatevers-the-best-value-for-money

stop sucking corporate dick

If I don't get my 3080 I ordered like half an hour after release 3 weeks ago by the time AMD releases their new cards then I'm getting the AMD equivalent bad drivers or not.
That's the only reason I'd ever consider shitMD's garbage, probably still swap it for Nvidia or return it if the 3080 order finally ships.

I'm a crazy person running Linux, it's not like I have much a choice. RDNA2 does remove some of the downsides of this lifestyle that's for sure.

It's possible, but the fault is the location. I cant see wind doing such on a cramped waterway.

Its Nvidia, Jim. Not intel

Intel still wins on single core perf and only a handful of games use more than four cores.

I'm sure AMD is good for the "muh rendering" crowd.

Hopefully AMD can fix that first point tomorrow.

>Intel still wins on single core perf
Literally Intel's only advantage.
Also paying 150-200 bucks more for 3 extra FPS really isn't worth it, so most people tend to go for Ryzen chips these days.

more like Team Losers lmao

Bruh new cards are coming out in a month

Also he doesn't know how hard zen 3 will also 10900k

They already beat Intel.

They don't, Zen 3 has higher single core clock speeds. There is LITERALLY no reason to buy Intel.

Not every game is crysis, boomer

Not me.

and?
I can always sell my 5700xt and grab a new one if their price and performance is worth it.

Nah zen 3 still clocks lower than 10900k but that hardly matters as it'll be faster than 10900k in 1T.
Clock comparisons cross architecture are not very useful.

What games even make use of all the extra cores these days? Genuinely asking since my cpu is 7 years old now.

I heard bf5 had good multi core performance.

Another meme generation of video cards. Let me know when something I might actually use shows up lads.

You won't sell the 5700XT for anywhere near as much as before the release of RDNA2 and Ampere.
You are retarded for buying old gen card this close to a new gen.

I'll lose maybe 50 bucks, woop tee fucking doo.
GPU's don't magically drop in price when a new gen releases.
The 290 is still 350-400 bucks.

Will AMD finally beat the 1080ti years and years later?
