Game released over 7 years ago

>Game released over 7 years ago
>Instead of releasing sequel a port is released at full price
Why is this okay?

Attached: H2x1_NSwitch_Pikmin3Deluxe.jpg (2000x1000, 609.24K)

because if we say it isn’t okay then nintendo will permanently shelf the series like they did with f-zero

Nintendo is a for-profit business, not a charity. They do it because people will buy it. If they could sell it for $100, they would.

Admit it. Nobody owned the Wii U.

because nobody except me bought it

Shut your fucking mouth faggot and clean Nintendo's shitty asshole with your tongue and thank them after.

because nintendo fans will eat literal shit

it's $70 to play a 2 year old spider man game with no added features and updated graphics.

No one played it on wii u and theres plenty of new modes and a new hard difficulty added.

Do you also just point out things everyone knows in real life discussions or is it just a Zig Forums thing

>well this other company is doing something shitty too so just have no standards bro!

It has a lot more content and better graphics

they added plenty of new features and its been 7 years. Its worth full price.

reminder that Pikmin 4 was "very close" to completion over five years ago

...

there was never any real evidence of that at all

nintards will buy it anyway because muh new nintendo game pikmin hype even though they've never played a pikmin game before and will put it down after 10 minutes

Pikmin 3 isn’t shit though? Acquire taste.

Because no one owned a WiiU so Nintendo is re releasing all it's games so people actually get to play them.

No one bought a Wii U, we've been over this

So long as it sells well idgaf. I want pikmin to be seen as lucrative again so it can get Pikmin 4 back up and rolling.

>hurr durr noone bought a wiiu
>that justifies $60 for a $50 dollar game 7 years later

When did this get announced? Is there anything new with it?

Yes. They doubled the content of the game. Do you not know how game development works?

I owned the Wii U and it's the last console I will buy from them
All of the switch's life cycle they just focus on fucking the Wii U owners
They release more complete versions of all the games on the new console without any fucks given to your previously loyal customer base
They can go fuck themselves, I just wanted the new fighters for Pokken, but I get more and games that render the originals obsolete

>they doubled the content of the game
no they didn't

See

>release a sequel to a game that nobody was able to play

that's not double the content you fucking retard, at most it's the two added missions in the beginning and end, the rest are small add ons.

it's just the way 8th gen consumers like it, not that it's okay if they do it, but it's quite the trend of the 8th gen of consoles, make TLOU, port it to PS4 and sell it again, how many 7th gen ports were re-sold in the 8th gen consoles? They call em remasters but honestly if you played the PC version of those games it's the same thing, the same game but running at higher resolutions, they didn't even give many of those games better textures or anything of the sort, just same game at higher resu which does look better, but you are essentially paying for a port of some games that aren't even that old

apparently not everyone knows, or how to you explain these poorfag threads all the time?

does the switch have something like the wiimote? my last console was the wii u.
if not, that sucks for people who want to play pikmin with some accuracy
though having to use the game pad even when using a different controller was very obnoxious.

Because nintendies are used to paying full price for old games

>the rest are small add ons.
>Piklopedia
You’ve never played a Pikmin game, have you?

Reminder Nintendo took down the $20 Wii U eshop version of this game.

>W-Wii U was trash!
>Eat up all the ports of the Wii U games on the Switch

>if not, that sucks for people who want to play pikmin with some accuracy
I think there will be controls similar to Mario Galaxy’s in 3D Allstars, so accuracy will still be useable.

still not double the content retard

Reminder that they put it back up.

Keep coping, snoy.

I've literally never touched a switch so I wouldn't know but I would think it wouldn't be as good as an IR beam (not that it too didn't have its own problems)

Bruh, look at this dude

>anyone who disagrees with me is a snoy

Cool, thanks user.

>he didn't buy a dirt cheap "used" Wii U
>he didn't pirate everything on it

It's legitimately the most cost effective console I've ever owned.

Because it's a fantastic game that deserves a re-release with bonus content.

pikmin 1 was the best because switching between characters scattered around the map made the game feel less personal and immersive, and: white, purple, pink, and rock pikmin didn't add as much useful diversity that the original 3 had.

debate me

I will buy it if the new difficulty modes include a harder mode.
Alternatively, if the prologue and epilogue content are substantial

I haven't, what is it?

Damn, this yellow boy is sexy

I'd probably pay £50 for No More Heroes, or Killer is Dead rerelease with some extra content.

Nintendo are greedy jews. Anyone that supported the wii u has been punished everytime.

Yes snoy. Who else would be dumb enough to constantly shit on nintendo using false information other than Snoys?

An encyclopedia of all the enemies and treasures/fruits in the game, with the protags notes on each of them.
It's SOUL, but it also isn't gameplay. Definitely not worth rebuying the whole game just for it.

Eh, I'd probably call it a feature if it's waht you're describing. I'm assuming that it's just like a Pokedex, right?

Bestiary for every enemy in the game, with unique explanations for each one from every captain. In Pikmin 2 it was Olimar with the facts for each species providing evolutionary backstories and what not and Louie with how to cook and eat each one. 3’s piklopedia will be that plus unique excerpts from the three kopaites as well, for a total of five captains giving info for every enemy in the game. Look up the Piklopedia for Pikmin 2 for examples.

If everyone here knows it then why do they consistently act like they don't?
