sengoku basara 4 in english

Sengoku BASARA 4 is a hack and slash, action game. Players choose characters from a diverse roster to face out against entire battlefields of enemies with their allies. The gameplay is accessible enough so that any player can jump into the action, but rewards players for mixing up their combos by offering them more gold or power.

> Is it voice acted?

welp

I'd buy it on ps4 but literally no news in over a year is worrisome.

I want to play a yokai watch game a d have never played one. Do you think I should order Yokai Watch 1 HD for switch of Yokai Watch 4 for switch off of playasia?
I would appreciate your input user. Sucks you cant play them, really hope they get translated for you someday.

>yokai watch 1 or* yokai watch 4

Fucking phone posting not even once.

looks like shit

Monster farm 2 also has a Japanese eshop release, nice.

Do you not own a 3DS?

Playing YKW2 Psychic Spectres is a good place to start.

Yokai Watch 1 re-release on Switch may or may not be localized and brought to the west.

Do you understand Japanese?

Japanese isn't a problem, no 3ds.

Yokai 1 and 4 are both attainable to me just need to order them off playasia. Do you think it matters if I start the series at 1? 4 looks real purdy.

As that other user said, 2's a pretty good entry point. Maybe try emulating it?
You can start with 4 which is my personal favorite but you won't really know any of the characters (and there's a lot of them)

Oh so characters are more connected between entries than in, say pokemon, huh?

I might still just say fuck it and start with 4. I dont want to bother with emulation and I sold my 3ds quite a while ago.

If you have not played any Yo-Kai Watch game and start with 4 you may be lost and need to rely on a guide to explain what an Eye-po is.

It looks fun. I've been waiting to support the Western localization and have not played any version of 4 yet.

Was Monster Farm/Rancher Two PS1 never localized for the Western English folk?

I honestly have no idea. I havent actually played it I just like monster catching games and saw it while browsing through the JP shop.

I have really hazy memories of watching the localization of the anime when I was a kid tho and that's always made me kind of interested in the games.

If it makes you feel any better, I played this and it's not really all that great. The new combat system feels worse.

I still want it but i heard its not as good as 3 due to them putting all there eggs in shadowside then pulling back

>characters are more connected between entries than in, say pokemon, huh?
Yeah, same MC for all the games
4 also has this huge clusterfuck of characters because it's essentially a crossover between the games and the anime from what I can tell (never watched the show)

>The new combat system feels worse.

How does it feel to a 10 year old? Playable?

>4 also has this huge clusterfuck of characters because it's essentially a crossover between the games and the anime from what I can tell (never watched the show)

Maybe Level5 can include scenes from the anime in a pre-game cut scene for the English players to understand the important events.

Wasn't the battle system a rehash of Ni no Kuni's battle system?

>Playable?
It's just like Ni no Kuni, if you've played that

This includes the bad AI?

I don't remember the AI being too terrible but all the fights were easy enough.

>I don't remember the AI being too terrible but all the fights were easy enough.

How would you make the fights more challenging for a hypothetical HARD mode?

Well honestly I don't think there's much you could do to realistically alter the difficilty here, the battle system's just that simple
Maybe reworking it around your Yo-Kai having more than like two moves would be a good start
That or having the moves be customizable

>Was Monster Farm/Rancher Two PS1 never localized for the Western English folk?
No, there are English copies of Monster Rancher 2 for the PS1 that were released in America.
It's a great game albeit an acquired taste.
