A tactics game where you control a squad of police dog-women with different weapons, abilities, and personalities. During downtime you can try to form more personal relationships with your dogs which can unlock new skills, but also might make them more unpredictable in combat

Made some notes for a harvest moon like set in Gensokyo but seem to have lost them (where mostly about how interactions would work, stuff like praying and donating at the shrines for protection from bad weather/youkai)

Wanted to make a Persona/Earthbound style RPG about disgruntled 20/30-somethings. Main gameplay conceit is because everyone's got shitty schedules between part-time jobs, taking care of families, freelancing gigs, auditions, etc. you have to time up your big raids/adventures so certain characters are only around certain days.
Started playing Persona 3 which sort of touches on this idea and realized how much this would suck to play through

This is more of a Youtube idea but I think Chess counts as gaming. I think it would be cool to write engines that play like The Great Carlini, The Duck, Brooklyn Dave, Chedi Knight Brian and Nora The Bubbly Bunny from Coffee Chess. Then I would commentate their games. I would draw arrows on the board but the engines would display things like "I need to solidify my position" or "Rook takes such and such might be my last hope." They would actually play much better than Coffee Chess and all the games would be wild and crazy.
