The quests and writing about about the level of the newest Dragon Quest or literally any other anime game like Xenoblade, Eternal Sonata, Tales of Symphonia, whatever your poison is. It's not great, but it's enjoyable in a wacky anime sense.
There's no good men in the game. The main character (who's gender you can pick) is the manliest man in the game and he's a silent protagonist. If you like strong women, this game's got stronger women than men.

I spent around ~10 hours on it and have nothing left to do. The main quest is locked, no more side quests, the bosses are piss easy, even the tedious collect the yellow rocks goes by fast. If this supposed update doesn't match the amount of release day content consider this game a dead better than average gacha game
