I usually fuck around for an hour with scars, tattoos, lips, etc. I like to make girly men and women with scars. Like, for Fallout 4 I have a goth girl with all the scars, and in SAO I made a dude with a bear physique and a deep voice but he has the face and hair of a woman.

Otherwise if it’s presets to choose from like Pokémon or Puzzle Quest I just follow muh dick.
