Video game consoles should be minimalistic and subtle. Understated. If it's sitting on your TV stand, for example, you shouldn't notice it in your peripheral vision. Consoles should be black boxes. Look at the PS4. Sleek black box. The new Xbox. Looks like a small form-factor PC.

I'm an Xboxfag, I'm getting the Series X, but imo the PS5 has the way cooler design. SeX is just a black rectangle, that's literally all it is. I approve of Sony going for something that looks cool and bold.
