Why is it so hated by Zig Forums?

I hate it because it has political bullshit forced into it, BLM, "gender is a social construct" etc etc. I hate politics being forced into games to appeal to retards that won't even buy the fucking game. They'll learn to stop eventually.

I'm sure it will be fun gameplay wise, but the politics and the lazy story is going to ruin it.

I understand that as development progresses stuff gets cut, but please remain silent about it especially when you have less than a year in the development cycle and decide to tell everyone about it.

It's the first person thing. I like my games over the shoulder, cinematic camera and I prefer as little button prompts as possible. I don't want my button mashing to get in the way of the gameplay

the people who dislike it are annoyed with the hype have noticed a lot of red flags about it.

Every single reveal has done more damage to the game.

Its popular. A lot of people talk about it. That's it. They'll say it promised so much from the tabletop game, but they've never played it. Its just contrarianism. If it turns out to be as fun as any other normiecore game (like GTAV, TW3, RDR), there's gonna be endless shitposting wars just like when those 3 games came out.

Zig Forums hates it because it's overhyped, CDPR has been stripping features for years and te game in its current state looks nothing like the 2012 trailer did.
