Worst dlc in NV

Worst dlc in NV
unironically.

For me it was Dead Money, literally robot scorpions and stealth armour/other op buffs made this shit worth it...

hur hur penis hands
GET IT?!

>Dead Money, the one that gives you a lot of cool shit
>not Honest Hearts for being a huge map with fucking nothing to do except the quests
You people have shit taste, I can't believe you dare to play the same game I did

All NV DLCs were garbage prove me wrong

Honest hearts had joshua. what old world has? biological cloning station?

Most criticism for each of the DLCs are really fucking stupid
>Old World Blues: Reddit likes it that means it's bad
>Dead Money: It's too hard please baby me Obsidian
>Lonesome Road: Ulysses is a retard even though the point of his character is that he is supposed to be irrationality angry at you for bullshit reasons.
I haven't really heard that much criticism over Honest Hearts other then it being too small.

Honest hearts was worse.. completely propped up by Joshua Graham - literally just faggy raiders with a cool and entirely skippable subplot about the OG desert ranger.

NV is garbage

The think tanks
The stealth suit
DOCTOR MOBIUS
The Sink appliances

NV is trash, can barely stomach replaying it now.

The Big MT was great though, there was tons of shit to explore and get, and unlike the other DLCs it did not feel railroaded and just felt like a new open world map to explore.
I get people hating on the humor though.

Honest Hearts was in general pretty neat with exploration and the location looked nice.
I didn't get to OWB on my recent replay. I remember liking it but it was like 8 years ago when I played it so probably I would find the humor grading now.

Game falls apart after you kill Benny

The think tank with the obsession for teddy bears made my peenus weenus the big bingus and I'm satisfied with that.

The ultimate redpills
Old world sucks because the quests were genuinely retarded fetch quests with tank health enemies and shitty things nobody asked for
Dead money was unique but it was extremely hard and unforgiving so i get the criticism
i like Lonesome road but it completely destroyed the west coast lore while ulysses says random shit that is 2deep4u

You realize the point of Lonesome Road is that Ulysses is crazy as fuck and talking out of his ass right?

Sure but it's still pretty good. None of the DLCs are bad by any means and are better than 99% of DLC to come out last decade. Besides, Dead Money is by far the best DLC.

Ulysses had been built up over several years?(i forgot the dlc release schedule) and he's just an edgy idiot.

It sucked.

Mothership zeta 1 was good tho

Why?

This.
Dead Money > Old World Blues > Honest Hearts > Lonesome Road
Honest Hearts could easily be 10/10 if they expanded the dialogue.

Joshua is an unironic Mormon cuck, specifically the Jewish kind.

There are way more interesting parts of Honest Hearts that aren't discussed like the mashed-up languages.

It doesn't stop him being a shit character and antagonist, especially after the buildup he was given

All NV DLC was good except HH was boring and forgettable

The only good 3/NV DLC is Point Lookout

That's the worst one behind Operation: Anchorage

>Dude the Mormon is actually a Jew XD
He said gentile how does that make him a Jew?

Because Mormonism explicitly views their sect as honorary Jews and actual blood Jews as God's chosen people.

Thing that are good are bad.

>Worst dlc in NV
>unironically.

It gives you so much good shit and a top tier town. How is it the worst?

I forgot how many fucking enemies that DLC throws at you, absolutely tedious

Lonesome Road is objectively the worst. Even if the story weren't retarded and Ulysses didn't have all the impact of a wet fart, it's a bore to slog around yet another desert wasteland with no NPCs.
>but you're supposed to feel alone!
>he's supposed to be a shitty character!
>it's supposed to be drab and depressing!
And all of those things are design flaws indicating Avellone has not grown as a writer since KOTOR 2, and still thinks punishing the player is good storytelling.

>not knowing the first thing about Mormons

Gun Runners.

While I love NV, the only DLC I think is actually really good is Dead Money. The fact that it's a pleb filter and makes people seethe is a bonus.

Honest Hearts is interesting in terms of themes/setting, and Graham is cool, but it's underwhelming. There just isn't a whole lot of interesting stuff to do in the sandbox of Zion.
Old World Blues is Reddit: the DLC with its overreliance on cringe lolsorandom "humor". It's also another bland sandbox, but at least HH's zion is visually unique and interesting. Big Empty is just a bland pile of dirt, rocks, and steel pipes.
Lonesome Road is the worst DLC of the bunch though. NV is a game that's strengths are in its nonlinear world design, interesting quest design, and NPC interactions, while its main weakness is the combat. So what is LR? A DLC that's literally a straight line with no quests or NPCs, where all you do is go through CoD-style shooting galleries in a game where the combat in and of itself is shit.

But more than all that, I'm mostly just disappointed that we never got a Legion-centric DLC set in Legion territory. The Legion is the most underdeveloped major faction in the game, and it would've been nice to actually see what life in this strange and foreign civilization is like, rather than only seeing a forward operating base and a handful of military NPCs. There really is no excuse why we didn't get this.

Lonesome Road is worst

>tfw you decide to go into Big MT with nothing but a Ranger's Revolver and a Lever-action
Fucking lazer-scorpions man, why did I not know there would be lazer scorpion?

I wish the teleporter landed you IN the Sink, so it wasn't two loading screens.

Honest Hearts suffers from underdevelopment but is a kino setting.

OWB relies too heavily on humor, but it does tie-in well with the other DLCs and tries to parody the source material that made Fallout in the first place. You can see some soul here and there.

>dead money
>pleb filter
Based.

I can't imagine how retarded a person must be to cite the op loot as the saving grace of a terribly written DLC in a narrative-driven RPG.

DESU all the dlcs are underwhelming in NV.

>he didn't build unarmed with Paladin Toaster
NGMI

While I agree that this is the worst one, it's still pretty [spoilers]fun[/spoilers]
Basically, it's still better than a lot of full campaigns or major mission threads in other western RPGs. It's the worst of a good lot. Dead Money is of course the best of a good lot.
