I recently started reading the Sukeban Deka manga, so I wanted to create a sukeban character in New Vegas-- stealth, lockpicking, fists and melee for my tag skills, with my main weapon being the GRA baseball bat with the nails in it

I never play without Jsawyer. Best rebalance out there. Jsawyer Ultimate is better when it comes to mod compatibility but it has some changes that aren't particularly faithful to the original and I don't know how well the purist version reverts those changes. I don't really care though, so I just use that one because I have a huge mod list.

the stutter remover made me crash every 5 minutes on Fallout 3. so if that happens, try removing it. took me a long time to figure out the culprit.

I only use stabilty mods and the novac safehouse mod

Beyond bug fixes there are no 'must have' mods for New Vegas.

If you aren't gonna use an ENB try out my improved lighting shaders mod out OP, gets rid of pretty much every annoying light issue NV has with things randomly going unlit/lines appearing to block the light etc
