old school minecraft
Home.
I forgot how long it took for the sides of grass blocks to have biome colors
What happened to minecraft classic that you could play on their website?
For me? It's Mice on Venus.

They took it down around the Adventure Update but revived it last year, albeit an older version
classic.minecraft.net
They cancelled it, and made a (worse) version of it on their website for the 10th anniversary
memory holed. honestly I enjoyed the classic servers more than the actual game until 2011, the communities were great.
I unironically think old alpha/beta Minecraft was legitimately a better game than modern MC.
irrelevant now since no mp

Dont Use The Dye That Cheating
I always preferred the Alpha version that didn't have the intro
I want to go back. I want to go back. I want to go back. I want to go back. I want to go back. I want to go back. I want to go back. I want to go back. I want to go back.
Saw this video back then and I thought it was cool that you could change your character skin, this is what made me buy it. Also Alpha and early Beta-version chads rise up.
no real version of classic minecraft was that barebones. The flashing blocks are also a giveaway, it's just a simplistic clone running in wegl.
ah so many memories
>Minecraft runs like shit
Some things never change
>no real version of classic minecraft was that barebones
how new are you?
thoughts on oldschool Yogscast?
Alpha was peak-Minecraft. It was complex enough that you could build some amazing shit in your world, but not bloated like modern Minecraft where's there so much shit and most of it is useless. It also had the original world generation, and I will be forever mad that Beta 1.8 removed it.
I like both parts of the song although I will say the synths at the end always give me major chills.

cope
i still enjoy current mc just fine
Funny that this happens a few months after people just reverse-engineered the seed for his world
their minecraft series was peak comfy until they started introducing players pretending to be NPCs and basically turned it into a DnD campaign inside minecraft
For me, it's Haggstrom.

>tfw spend hours each day looking back at past memories just wanting to go back and wondering where it all went wrong
It was way less bloated with bullshit block variants and mobs, that's for sure
I quickly lost interest in the game after the Adventure Update. Had some cool shit, Enderman was cool as well and the hunger bar. Other than that I just didn't play as much.
