The worst part of Zelda's fanbase is typically the tween and teen girls who are getting into fujo and manga who want Link to be gay which is miles behind Pokemonfans addiction to being fed literal shit and the obnoxious nostalgiafags who haven't touched the series for 20 years but still love to tout some kind of authority on it. Smash's scene is literally pedophiles.

Pokemon. The fact that they can still get away with selling two copies of the same game + DLC is criminal, but it only happens because the idiots keep buying it.

Exactly, the entire reason Smash is so loud is because it's a jumble of fanbases talking together. I'd be shocked if there was someone who owns a Switch with Smash that hasn't played a game with a character that's also in Smash.
But then again there's being a fan of Smash and being one of the people who makes the daily rosterfag/DLC/leak threads and I feel like that's an entirely different fanbase altogether because they argue over the roster more than they play the game.

I'd say Zelda is up there. I' am getting pissed off at game journalist dick sucking anytime BOTW is brought up, as if the game is good solely because some jerk on polygon and IGN gave it a good score. I would genuinely prefer people just talk about how much they love the game, as opposed to them just posting the same bait images of metacritic scores.
