They're characters. So if you buy one and don't have the character, you get them. If you do have them, you unlock their next constellation star.

Rust is a good dps bow but I dont really use the auto-aim attacks, I'm always using fischl to snipe and hit weak points so this is better for me, i definitely feel the damage boost from the distance boost.
Support a game that you enjoy and has brought you some fun. I got really good luck on my free pulls so I didnt really need to spend at all, but I felt like supporting the game.
