Melty HD was always put in the backburner due to lack of money and making HD sprites being costly as fuck. TM wasn't as big back then so it's a different story now.
I'd imagine TM's own game studio would like to test its waters first but who knows what these nips are thinking

It could be a plan to do a Tsukihime HD+Melty bundle or something like that. I would anticipate it being related to selling merch or whatever once Tsukihime remake does come out. If were very lucky, it'll be a low effort next gen port and if were extremely, extremely lucky, it'll be a next gen port made by code mystics with rollback that works better than the caster
