Want to try a game from decades ago

>want to try a game from decades ago
>realize it's in standard definition and early, poorly aged 3D

Someone should remake it. I need it to have modern sensibilities to fully enjoy the experience.

if a game sucks nowadays it means that it sucked back then and people were blinded by pretty graphics.
if a game is good it will always be
games don't and can't age

Look, asshole, camera control on the second analog stick is now standard. Games back then didn't get that.

decent developers were able to make decent 3d games WITHOUT using the second analog for the camera even when they had access to it (like ape escape)
if they didn't they were just incompetent or lazy

Yes, and? Are you literally so 1 tracked plebeian that you cannot master how to play a vastly different kind of video game? Do you need everything to be spoonfed to you in form of appealing to the ONE (1) AAA game-design mold that all the lowest tier garbage on the market these days use?

Clifford Blezinski deserved so much better...

Tfw nobody knows how to make this stuff anymore

Low res graphics combined with primitive camera control can create issues for someone who has become too used to HD displays.

And don't you call me a fucking zoomer, I'm older than you.

then your brain has been zoomified beyond repair
grab a crt and play some duck hunt to detox yourself from all the 4k 120fps bullshit they have brainwashed you into enjoying

For me low res graphics problem is pretty much solved by higher resolution and fps. Like even games like Quake and Doom look absolutely fine. The only problem is console games that looks like shit and run like shit regardless of the year we are living in but hey emulation.

Zoomers only play on phones and consoles so 720p-900p for the most part, maybe add 1080pand im being generous.

Sprite-based graphics haven't aged. I can still enjoy those as I always have (ALTHOUGH NES GAMES ARE TOO HARD).

But holy shit, the N64 is almost unassailable.

that's not a matter of games aging, most n64 stuff DOES suck.
but harvest moon 64 is still just as good as it used to be

Even if you can get HDMI output on the N64, the output still has inherent issues.

>Play random NES game, because old le good
>detox from the good game bad

Cliffy B spent too many years sniffing his own farts and gave into woke culture. He deserved everything he got.

>duck hunt
>random nes game
lurk more

the main issue isn't output i think, but screen size
old games will always look "bad" on a screen with a bigger resolution than what they were originally intended for
emulate on a switch in handheld mode

He looks hot but he appears to be stupid.

Early 3D was garbage for the most part, what else is new?

>most VIDYA stuff DOES suck.
Fixed that for you. No matter which system people discuss about, they always bring up the ~1% of the library that count as the good shit.

>Duuuuuude dook hunt lmao
>Just like in my stinky smashies and the funny fuck nerdy guy on the tubes XDDD

>528360328
have a (you)

>he didn't get to play Duck Hunt with the boys

not true.

>B-But the BOIS, look mom, I drank soooo many ALCOHOLS with the BOIS

then give me an example of a good game that magically became bad over the years.

It seems it ain't easy being friendless, m8. I'm sorry for you. Doomed to an existence posting reaction pics and greentext as a substitute for human contact.

But they’re good games...so remake them.

S....SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!!

user.. if they are good they don't need remaking
just port them as they were on modern devices
