Flying way too close to the fellow that looks like he's about to go skydiving
It's anime.
Not enough true score attack missions
No coop multiplayer
It ends
There's no way to shoot down Mr. X when you meet him in Yinshi Valley, earning revenge for Brownie
Also Torres wasn't the main antagonist
terrible missions. you spend your time sending missiles to things you can't see on your screen.
You just described DSC
So much fucking this.
>Shit missions about flying low
>Shit missions about rain on your screen
>Shit missions about being in the fucking clouds
>Shit missions about some stupid bitch whining about something
>Shit missions about how “muh drones”
>Shit missions about being spotted on radar
They took the SHITTIEST aspects of all ACs and said: “How do we make the shittiest missions, with the shittiest reward system, via the shittiest story-line motivator?”
They shitted out AC7.
Getting struck by lightning right when you're near terrain, resulting in an unavoidable death is bullshit
Those couple missions where the comms network gets blacked out make the game a little annoying to replay
Arsenal Bird is a pretty lame boss fight
The encounters with Mr. X are unfortunately way too strictly designed, if this was AC:Z you'd be able to shoot the faggot down every single time you fought him but he gets away the first time which feels really lame and uncalled for
That's about it, though. Overall a pretty great Ace Combat. If you include the DLC missions I think it's fair to argue that it's the best in the series.
>Same fucking OP pic
Stop falseflagging DCSfag
Really boring uninspired story. No missions where you can actually focus on ground attack (Fuck you Pipeline Destruction, you clearly baited me to take the A-10)
Still put in like 50 hours tho.
I'll give the drone AI but are you sure you actually enjoy flying?
Needed a few more missions so you could spend more time with each squadron. The DLC helped the LRSSG out but I really wanted more time with 444 and Mage
There are plenty of flaws OP, what the fuck are you talking about?
you seem like a tremendous faggot
I'm fine with mage getting dropped.
You were a rookie pilot that screws the pooch on his first mission.
It would have been nice if spare squad stuck around and you guys become a dirty dozen sort of group.
Count is your wingman.
Not enough people played it
This.
Are you by chance one of those obnoxious assholes who believe that the only thing you can do on Dark Souls is engaging on duel PvP and that everything else is filler? Because you sound like one.
>the only thing you can do on Dark Souls is engaging on duel PvP and that everything else is filler?
The A10 is shit even for ground attack because it has a low missile count. By that mission in the campaign you'll have unlocked planes with higher base payload. Which is completely retarded of course, that they don't make payload match reality, so the same end-game planes becomes best for everything.
Will any wingman ever be as useful as shamrock?
>Reddit Combat
The fact idiots kept eating it up for this long
Ace Combat is reddit repellent.
Have you seen the fanbase to this cringe? It's pure Reddit to the point where even the /vg/ general is a joke
>Chase it down, dimwit
I love Bandog so much.
Point grinding for planes and parts felt like a slog. This was my first AC, is that normal?
No checkpoints on the collect x points in y minutes missions.
You're a joke you obsessed little faggot.
MISSILE MISSILE MISSILE MISSILE MISSILE MISSILE MISSILE
>/vg/ general
It's because they are literally from reddit, those retards keep namefagging for some reason
>It's not Reddit it's just Reddit
Really showed me
How would that work?
Any fanbase with a 7x24x365 general running on /vg/ is Katawa Shoujo tier.
Like the Ace Combat fanbase.
They literally aren't.
you'r mom has a 7x24x365 fanbase
You shouldn't have to grind to unlock planes. On your first runthrough you should focus on one line and you'll hit the end jet by near the end of the game. Mid-level jets like the F-15, F-18, and Rafale can easily take you through the game.
ACs are also meant to be replayed, so then you play it again.
Don't worry I will keep the info for myself
Are you seriously going to tell me that this is reddit?
Never ever.
>NOOOOOOO ENEMIES ARE ATTACKING ME
I don't usually say this but; rent free.
Missile alert makes me diamonds.
The story sucks
>A lackluster plane tree
>Series staples missing from said tree
>Literal copy-paste planes
>Only two ground attackers
>>Barely any missions for them and even then the game played drone swarm so often that multi-roles dominated
>Despite being a flight lead no wingman controls
>Multiplayer balance bleeding into singleplayer
>Singleplayer locked to level 1 parts for reasons
>Superplanes lackluster because of said balance
>Superplanes being DLC
>Multiplayer being pure PvP for some reason
>DLC missions, while a blast to play, were awkward and had no tension because of how they were shunted into the plot
That being said I still had a good time with the game and am looking forward to where the series goes next although I'll be honest I miss the sheer scale of AC6's missions.
If Infinity didn't have the shitty F2P system holding it back it would probably have been my favorite in the series because it was a genuinely good game held back by retarded choices
The dialogue is very cringe.
>flaw
It's regular bad, not "so bad it's good"
Oh, and...
>Despite PSMs being a heavily marketed feature the F-15 S/MTD wasn't included despite being literally made for the explicate purpose of doing shenanigans
VR mode limited to just 3 missions
Didn't know that, I switched planes depending on the mission
