Yes but its exaggerated, they "lost track" due to thread wars (retards fighting to have their waifu in the op making multiple threads that got posts till mods chose one and deleted the rest) and stints where OPs forgot to update the count or just stopped including it.
So its not like they got to #1324 and then reset to #1, its more like over time they've had two major incidences where they just said fuck it and chose a reasonable guess at what thread it should be and went from there. They're definitely well over 4k though.

I'm looking most forward to Misha though, because her condition is obvious enough to immediately pick up on, but just vague enough to not be able to definitively pin down.
