Unless you're one of those people sit in the training room 5 hours a day, nothing. DMC5 is obscenely easy and devoid of any meaningful challenge including Bloody Palace. Getting S ranks is easy as fuck on any difficulty, the only outlier being Dante because the scoring system in in DMC5 is so fucking retarded you have to sit there and abuse Royal Guard before fighting to make sure you get SS/SSS style meter rank and keep it there

the style meter is based on how many moves you have available. if you stick more weapons onto your hotbar, the game expects you to use all of it.

Whatever helps you cope. I would think after DMC4 was so easy Itsuno would spice up the difficulty but nope, 5 is just as easy as 4. At this point DMC is just a combo wank simulator and forgot the very intent of the original game. To be a challenge. 1 and 3 are genuinely hard games at times, 4 and 5 are pathetic.
