I like vin and Joel as background noise when I'm not playing vidya, but I take long breaks from them and won't watch for weeks at a time cause sometimes they get fucking annoying with memes.

Only time I ever watch is when I'm playing something slow like a simulator and want something to listen to. Usually I just pick a game I've already played to death and listen to someone do a blind playthrough of it.

now that I'm 25 I think I prefer to watch

yeah most of the times, i've played video games since 1994 and most of them just arent really fun but they're still decently made

I'll watch Vinny's Sunday Streams, but that's about it.
Sometimes I'll watch a playthrough of a game if it's something in slightly interested in but don't want to actually play like the first Five Nights at Freddy's.

I prefer to play games I want to experience first, then I'll probably watch people I follow to see how they react to stuff. It's not for everyone, but I enjoy seeing other people experience games for the first time.

I'll watch Vinny and Jerma's highlights but just sitting for two hours watching someone play something is incredibly boring.

I prefer to watch someone either play something I would not bother playing myself, or something I've played an enjoyed and want to know their views/opinions/reactions. Vinny playing Silent Hill 1 for one, one of my all time favorites, is interesting to see someone blind

i prefer to play games myself. even if im not really that interested in the game. of course in those cases, i pirate the game but still, i would play the game myself first.

the only time i would watch someone play a game is if its a speedrun or a fighting game tournament.

Maybe it's age, but I prefer to watch someone I like play video games than to play them myself.
