>Blizz want to close their Versailles office and put lots of brilliant people out of work. >Their union is recommending they strike tomorrow. >It is prepatch day, this hurts but I have never broken a picket line and I never will.
Not really sure what striking when you're all going to be fired anyway is going to achieve.
Cameron Rogers
Based Bismarck's sentient pocket pussies.
Luke Young
>lots of brilliant people out of work. Frog localization teams aren't brilliant people. No dev work occurs there
Benjamin Wood
Frogs are lazy fucks that take any excuse not to work
Asher Lopez
>again These fuckers didn't find anything better to do right after the confinement then to go on strike too
Eli Adams
You need a legal agreement to fire anybody in France. They don't have it yet.
Nolan Young
>announce of closure, union need to negociate >Here are our suggestion for negociation: Fuck you, don't close. Also, do the absolute contrary contrary: we demand more money and investments. Off to a great start. But then again: >French being on strike Business as usual, these fucker are on strike half the year.
Jace Bennett
is not needing them anymore not a valid reason?
Ryan Peterson
>Company about to close >Harm company >Company closes down even faster and harder out of spite This isn't like asking for a wage increase. These guys have no legs to stand on. Explain to me how this matters or how missing one patch that probably didn't even fix 90% of the game bugs matters?
Nathan Bailey
Guarentee you those two are gonna be playing regardless.
T&E are the biggest Blizzard shills and cucks in the world.
Eli Thomas
Basé sur quoi ?
Matthew Harris
Not if you hired them for a supposedly permanent position. If a company only needs an employee for a short period of time, there are short-term contracts that fulfil this need.
Jayden Edwards
>Business as usual, these fucker are on strike half the year. Which is funny because French people have one of the lowest working hours of any country of the world >pic related Just look at these lazy sods.
>Not if you hired them for a supposedly permanent position. That office is one of the oldest blizzard offices. What's not permenant about that? Though I believe they already retrenched a bunch of people last year.
Workers unions in France are all commies who don't give a fuck about the interest of the workers, they just care about the advancement of their marxist pipedream
>Workers unions in France are all commies who don't give a fuck about the interest of the workers They have to give the allusion they're actually doing something least the workers wisen up and stop the gravy train.
Easton Richardson
absolutely not. If the employees didn't commit a grave accident you can't fire them by need, unless you fill for bankruptcy. You are legally forced to find them another position in the company paid at least the same for the same amount of work. If everything fail, you will have settle for a negotiated departure in which you pay them to leave, but since you are the one asking, you will pay a lot, probably up to a year or two of salary.
Colton Ramirez
damnit bobby (kotick)
Hudson Brooks
Which is the reason why it's so fucking hard to find a job in this shithole of a country, the employers are hyper reticent to take anyone in because if the new guy happen to be a dead wait they'll basically have to keep him anyways
Lowest official working hour. In reality people always overwork.
Isaac Wood
>2013 Utilise un image plus récent, quand meme
Carson Ortiz
Unions are bad because absolve governments of responsibility Also protesting because your dying company is being forced to lay you off to stay afloat is pretty retarded.
Daniel Flores
itt a bunch of brainwashed americans not know what its like to have rights
Dominic Butler
what blizzard france even does? localization and marketing in europe?
Andrew Foster
>don't give a fuck about the interest of the workers the union is how they aren't getting fired and how they will get all their strike days paid back as normal work days. It's extremely profitable to join a union in France, even if you don't give a shit about politics. It's free money and free days off.
Easton Rogers
What does this have to do with islam you obsessed k*fir?
Oliver Parker
What do those “good people” even work on. I swear the shitty devs they hire are just as big of a problem as a the management. Whole company deserves to burn and die, it’s way overdue
Nicholas Rodriguez
What is I with Europe and expecting companies to operate on unreasonable terms?
Owen Howard
Customer and press relations.
Benjamin Johnson
feels good to be a finn
James Barnes
>dying company >activision blizzard
Blake Cruz
>allusion >gravy train
Zachary Smith

Blizzard is in real deep shit, both internally and externally
Owen Anderson
>Greece that high All you need to know that days is invalid
Samuel Rodriguez
Why do they even have an office in French, what do these people do considering that Blizzard barely does anything these days?
Aaron Evans
NOOOOOOOOO YOU CANT JUST REFUSE TO SLAVE AWAY FOR THE JEWS SO YOUR TAX DOLLARS CAN GO TO NIGGERS NOOOOOOO WHAT DO YOU MEAN FRENCH PEOPLE HAVE RIGHTS NOOOOOO TRUMP PUT SANCTIONS ON THEM AND GIVE THE MONEY TO ISRAEL
>anybody who has a problem with European entitlement is a burger Auschad here, feels nice to live in a country that has consumer rights meant to protect the consumer rather than to give the consumer something to feel superior about because America lives rent free in their heads.
Zachary Robinson
>If everything fail, you will have settle for a negotiated departure in which you pay them to leave, but since you are the one asking, you will pay a lot, probably up to a year or two of salary. Isn't that called a severance package and pretty much a no brainer? How was Blizzard planning to cut them loose anyways? >Utilise un image plus récent, quand meme Don't act as if anything has changed frenchie. I've been plotting to move there since I heard how lazy you fucks are. Don't act like you arent gifted vacation and sick leave.
Joshua Hall
I wish I was in real deep billion dollars shit.
Ian Gray

Hudson Ross
And then people wonder why we are reduced to being a lifesize museum
Gavin Cooper
Hon hom hon Basé
Christian Ross
Why are Americans like this, can't they actually imagine a world where you get treated as a human being and not a slave?
If the proletariat were smart enough for that they would have jobs that don't require a permanent political struggle to maintain alive.
In the grand scheme of things they are fucking everyone over including workers, if your boss can't fire you without going through hoops you better be sure that he will be extra cautious before hiring you, you have no idea how hard it is to find a normal job without nepotism. Plus having a high minimum wage basically mean that only the biggest companies have the mean to pay for employees, fucking over little businesses in the process. Every so called progress the socialists have made the past 100 have had drawbacks worse than the problem.
Do you realise that apart for a few exception it is illegal to work on fucking sunday? France is like a communism dystopia, but with just enough economic freedom for the country to not collapse like the ussr, the only way to become rich is to be born into it or to work in another country
Dylan Collins
NOOOOOOO YOU CAN'T JUST CLOSE DOWN YOUR OWN COMPANY'S SUBSIDIARY AND FIRE EVERYONE WORKER'S RIGHTS
