Or more possibly, a bunch of other characters need a nerf. I'm always kind of skeptical when it comes to gauging character strength from the top of the totem pole and then trying to hold all characters to that standard. It introduces insane power creep, conditions players into every character being Diluc/Chuuni Princess etc etc...

I'd rather they see which are the most player meta comps, slap those on the wrist and then aling the rest of the cast accordingly. "Just make everyone Diluc" is asking for killing the game with power creep for all eternity.

Its useful for that island you can see from the starting point in the game. I guess you can grind statues for stamina duration instead, but it takes way more time to do that.

There are multiple options to reach places, you could also spam ice to reach that place, or chug a stamina food. I wish she wasn't garbage in combat, but she is more convenient to have around in the open world than Xiangling atleast..although that's not really saying much.

No, but they did do a lot of rebalancing in Honkai in terms of absolutely ridiculous stuff like some of Bronyas suits and i wouldn't expect them to to do any less in Genshin either. What is the point of playing the game if half of the cast is trash and the rest is so far above the rank & file it's not even funny. I'm not talking about the gacha angle in general, but a lot of other games with a similar problem. Devs are far too afraid to weaken stuff and instead you have fans constantly asking for "buffs" instead of tackling the power creep.

Amber seriously needs a little buff, Kaeya and Lisa are free and far from top tier too but at least they can dish out damage and element consistently. They should increase their Elemental Skill and Burst damage a tiny bit and more importantly give you the ability to detonate the bunny at will.

yes, characters share general movement animations across similar body shapes so they didn't want QiQi to have an animation like that since it doesn't fit her

There's plenty more, but overall the reasons most of these were made were pretty apparent. You can't just have borderline IDDQD and IDKFA inserted into games and then proceed to call the devs to "buff other characters instead".
