yes, 1.06 is pretty much bug-free. Haven't had a crash, no visual glitches, etc

no major issues but it doesn't run very well. Medium is the default PS4 graphics and it runs like shit for me. I was running the game on ultra-high when it first came out but it just got to the point where I had to put it on medium to avoid crashes and massive frame drops after the patches.

damn, i've already 100% the game but i wish to god I would have downloaded that mesh. Her cheeks are way too fat and her jaw is too large. It's such a subtle issue that the mesh completely fixes. I wouldn't install the texture from that mod b/c it looks like some people are having issues (and it removes the freckles) but the mesh is very good.
