woah, so this is the power of PC

If your a complete retard.

>40%

You're being way too generous, most PC ports are dogshit, even after the 5 years it takes for games to finally get ported to the platform.

imagine being retarded enough to buy a prebuilt.

>3500 dollars for a computer that looks like a vulva

diminishing returns are literally everywhere

PC gamers are grateful for their videogame sloppy seconds, its not like they'd get it in real life.

>b-but i can pick out parts on aliexpress and only pay 5-6x more!

why are companies designing everything to look like air cleaners now?

ok so wheres the $500 PC equivalent of a SeX?

oh wait that costs $1300+ lol

You dont own your console.

I'm just gonna get a 3070 and have better performance than the worlds most """powerful""" console

>ok so wheres the $500 PC equivalent of a SeX?
You mean a system that runs games at upscaled "4K" (1200p) / low / at 30fps?
Right here, though it costs like 300 bucks in today's money, and still runs games at 60fps, minimum.

Is this a bad deal objectively? It's not like you'll find a GPU ever again at MSRP. Totally considering buying an alienware.

prebuilt PCs are always a bad deal

Are you 100% sure about that? Building around a 3090 seems highly comparable in price to the Alienware.

>not even win pro
really nigga?

Keep in mind that the site also assumes you can get a 3090 at MSRP which is highly unlikely unless you have a bot. It seems like the Alienware is a good deal because you don't have to pay the scalper's tax. Prove it's a bad cost to performance ratio.

Honestly I priced up the components and it doesn't seem that bad, bearing in mind I don't know what mobo, cooler etc they used. You're obviously going to be paying a markup with it being prebuilt alienware but if you're happy with that then its fine.

>1060
oh sweet summer child, a 1060 alone is $300, based retard

SeX GPU is equivalent to a RTX 2080 Super. Not to mention the GPU has sampler feedback streaming and the SSD benefits from realtime hardware decompression.

Looks like a horse pussy in the thumbnail

Yes. The case adds nothing, and is massively upcharged. Pre-builts cut corners with RAM, PSU, coolers and MoBos. I can't speak for failure rates or anything, but having worked with friend's prebuilts they use bottom of the barrel cheapest bidder shit for all of these components. I can't speak for Alienware, or specifically this case, but Dell at one point had some proprietary shit in their configurations which meant you couldn't install a new MoBo without modifications.

You could shave off quite a bit and come out with an overall nicer PC sans the designer case. Also it's Intel, and with AMD designing both the PS5 and Xbox I imagine they'll be leveraging AMD exclusive features in games going forward. With the increased popularity of AMD I imagine devs will start using AMD-centric compilers or at least consider optimizing for AMD, which has been an issue in previous years with Intel compilers "unintentionally" crippling AMD performance.

I did the math and the markup for being prebuilt is maybe $1000.00 not factoring in the fact that there is a GPU shortage

HOWEVER, how is it feasible to even find a GPU at MSRP nowadays?

It doesn't make sense is what it. 10900F is a garbage CPU, it's both overpriced and underpowered. 3090 is a ridiculous overkill for gaming, but for content creation 32GB RAM is only about the average. And I don't see any indication of what specific SSD it has, because even NVMe ones have a massive difference in their speed, lifecycle, and price. Also there's a question of what Mobo PSU and cooler it uses, all of which I bet are cheap shit.
It should go without saying that you can build a much better machine for much cheaper yourself.

their cases look retarded as fuck holy shit

Technically the """"market price""""" for the 3090 is $2500 and people are buying it for that price.

1060 is shit

>when poorfags cope this hard by thinking they are more rich than other poorfags
>b-but it's good enough for me
Same argument can be said for console gamers, poverty nig. That card is 2 generations old and a budget card. Your computer is literally just a shit game console.

Literally the most popular GPU, according to steam survey.
