You mean the entire plot of TLOU2 is like the plot of SH3, since SH3 came two decades prior, and no, it's nothing like SH3's plot except for the revenge part on the last half of the game. Besides, how dare you compare SH3 to that trash? SH3's revenge arc was a revenge story done right, plus it had a satisfying conclusion because Heather actually enacted her revenge instead of just being "hurr durr revenge doesn't solve anything" and letting Claudia go like Ellie did to Abby. Fuck you, revenge DOES solve everything, and Heather proved that.

It wasn't originally going to be a sequel to 1 which is why it seems that way. You can probably still see what it was originally going to be about with the elements of a teenage girl being raped, getting pregnant, having a stalker, getting an abortion, and all that stuff. Then the cult elements just get tacked on, which I enjoyed in 1 but 3 it just didn't seem fitting.

I don't know too much about the game but it seems like a typical revenge story, neither of those games invented that.
