I have so many questions. How in the fuck did the alliance in the middle of fucking storm wind let this happen. At the same time how come no villain has ever done this before if all you need us to flying units to come in and take them.

Metzen knew that Rule of Cool went above all. Stuff might be dumb but as long as it was cool things could slide. Now things are just dumb with no ounce of cool.

If Blizzard had any competent writers left, they would have the human kingdoms immediately try to put every troll and tauren in a camp while genociding the undead. Just completely flip the narrative and do what the Horde insisted the Alliance would do for years.

Alliance vs Horde stopped making sense a long time ago. It barely made sense by WotLK that the Horde was able to compete with the Alliance militarily in the first place (the Alliance completing their gunship made total sense, the culmination of collaboration between gnomes and dwarves, Horde niggers just randomly got theirs because of goblins or some shit). After that the formula of the Horde constantly pulling their "heh we'll work together for now to combat this greater threat but then we will betray you" schtick got old pretty goddamn fast too.

I tried playing on a wotlk private server but it's so hard compared to retail, like i have to back and forth just to get abilities and i only had like 2 attacks with a level 20 paladon

coming back to the game to try this xpac, haven't played since MoP. the game is almost unrecognizable...the character select screen looks like a cheap chinese phone mmo. why did they add dark dwarks/gnomes/night elfs? wtf...laziest game design ever.

I'm still going to give it a try but man, it feels like all the charm is completely gone

Goblins being competent engineers has been a thing since Warcraft 2. Gnomes invented manned flight, dwarves invented ballistic weaponry and goblins invented remote detonated explosives.

The game itself is broken. Out of date addons work, but with some lua errors, whereas the new versions just flat out don't even work. The framerate won't go over 60fps even if you set a target of 144.
