"Literally whos" or otherwise doesn't mean anything. What matters is how well acted the characters are. And they're very well done in this case. Nothing feels like its just read off the script in monotone, and everyone feels appropriate and full of energy. You can continue to circlejerk over the same 5 seiyuus though. I'll be over here enjoying good VA regardless of the language.
