You can't "fix" features. You can't do anything, you just pick head presets. And you can't change anything about them. Literally the only option is head, which has A HUGE FUCKING NOSE, tired dead eyes and a weird head shape.
Also it doesn't translate well to the protagonist. Your character literally goes around moping 24/7, always sad in cutscenes, like a kicked puppy, you can't play a manly man. Only sad boys.
