How come Bleach didn't get a single game in this gen? Way more unpopular anime shows got games. What gives?
I just want a Bleach Fighterz because Dragonballs roster is terrible.

Gotta love my waifus.
bleach is shit so nobody would care
Say that to my face and see what happens.
I hope it gets a game in the next few years since the final arc is getting adapted
Your waifu loves me
Bleach ended. The point of marketing with a game or anime is to sell manga volumes and copies of whichever magazine the manga is in. They have the biggest profit margins by far.
well the manga ended 2016 and the last game released 2011 so they didn't even bother to market the manga through games for 5 years
>so shit it got a new anime season and a spinoff
Look at how the other shounen jump fighting games were doing at the time. After budokai tenkaichi 3 in 2007 dbz games couldn't sell a million copies worldwide again until xenoverse in 2015.
>Bleach ended.
>he doesn't know
Who cares? Look at those titties.
In the context of this console gen? Yes it did end. Bleach coming back after the generation is over doesn't change bleach was over up until 7 months ago.
No, the Bleach anime is coming back, and Kubo is currently writing a new manga which is explicitly tied into the Bleach universe.
I know. user, the current console generation i.e. xbox one and ps4 ends in a month. They're not putting out a bleach game this generation. To quote OP
>How come Bleach didn't get a single game in this gen?
The answer: because it wasn't an ongoing franchise this generation.
Yeah well, I'm drunk and excited for more Kubo.
sure
Just give me a Kukaku dating sim and I'm good
But honestly a new Heat the Soul would kick ass
I'm more interested in Shaman King's return to be honest.
Because shonens are shit, and almost every shonen game is also shit.
this cant fucking wait til next year
Bleach hasn't been relevant for most of the last decade.
yes the manga ended bro. The anime coming out means nothing. And that burn that witch sequel doesn't mean anything. No one cares. Shounen fans don't like stuff with female protagonists. It is what it is. Dunno what Kubo is thinking.
>all the stuff bringing bleach back into relevancy doesn't matter because i say so
What about Brave Souls
Bleach's roaster would be worse
Sword
BIG Sword
Ice Sword
Hard Hitting Sword
Lets not forget the million Ichigos
>He doesn’t know
Did Yachiru deserve the fate that she got?
Because was nebulous, got cancelled and had incredibly vague stupid lore to develop any kind of game with a backdrop against it.
Kubo's money making ran it's course before his greed could go so far and he arrogantly promised Bleach could continue for another decade as his magazine was deciding to kick his shit out of publication less than two years into his final arc.
When something gets cancelled it is literally considered a money hole by investors and companies.
I know they're not hugely popular, but I think there could be real potential in a Musou-like hack and slash. Soul Reaper/Shinigami Warriors?
It's not like they'd be lacking for characters.
>Ignores all the magic shit that sets every sword apart.
Also the only Ichigo versions I’d see them doing is Soul Society through Fake Karakura, final arc and Vasto Lorde.
>Having nebulous lore precludes having a game built around it
If anything Bleach had great lore for a game, because it was so obviously built on spectacle.Kubo was constantly adding new factions and cool characters with cool designs.
My butthole you couldn't make a good fighting or character action game out a cast that large all with their own specific special moves and weapons.
Everything about how the property was run into the ground and interest was killed is true though.
Actually the books and the mobile game were quite successful IIRC and why it's being risen from the dead.
