Used to watch my dad play Diablo II. A colleague of his gave him a copied version on a CD and gave him his real key so that he could install the game. I found the key years later and claimed it as mine on my Bnet account

I let him play this once and one week later he’d bought an Xbox All digital just to play it. It’s still the only game he has.
Super Mario Bros and Duck Hunt
It was comfy watching him play this and Doom. We also made our own Soulcalibur tourneys along with my brothers; he used to call one of them a pussy for maining Seong Mina, fun times

I never experienced video games until one day I went to a friends house after school and he had an NES. We played Rygar and Legend of Zelda. Few years later I had talked the old man into buying a 486 and I used to to play Wolfenstein 3D and DOOM from shareware copies we had downloaded using the computer lab at school which had an internet connection that we used to cruise newsgroups and BBS's
He was never a gamer at all but he really liked demons and shit and this was right up his alley.
