the animations for the base kit are so good, i can't wait to see the skills for it. i doubt i got wanted but i am sure the skills are still good.

If I didnt beat Nioh 2 but I have the DLCs in my account, will I find the new weapon types in my game before finishing the game?

I seem to recall even starting a new game in Nioh 1 gave you access to Tonfa and Odachi upon their release.

I think some people got the splitstaff without having the DLC, they could use it but without the skills. Not sure though.

I don't see a reason why not. The weapons are not exclusive to their DLC missions or difficulties.

As expected, most of the animations in the claw weapon come from DOA. There's stuff there from Aynae, Jann Lee, Eliot and Lisa that i spotted. That's cool since it's what i asked.

Not happy about them literally copy pasting yet another Ninja Gaiden boss. If he is not some Spider Clan ninja in the lore then Team Ninja can fuck off.

Hayabusa is cool though, he now has Ryu's 3 main ninpos though Wind Blades looks awful in this game and he uses the Falcon Talon's moveset which is nice. Human Nioh boss fight though so he's a chump.

Anyone got mommy Raiko's armour blueprint yet? I have the 2kat BP and MOTIVATION attack from the first DLC mission, it appear later or am I just stuck in farming hell?

I saw some Tsuchigomu armor drop from the claw ninjas on stream, so I guess it's the same clan.

So how are the claws? Unsure if I wanna respec to try them out, the scaling is radically different from what I like to use (splitstaff/glaive/hatchts)

you don't need to respec and you definitely do not need to respec to just try them out.

i honestly can't believe how hard TN dropped the ball on the female armor sets. Way to let that character creator go to waste.

I'd assume you're gonna have to farm Raiko's fight for her set. There will probably be a submission where you just fight her as you progress through the DLC

no you don't, and it doesn't matter how much damage you deal with a weapon when you are ''trying it out''.

what time does the dlc come out exactly?

Midnight

It's already out in most regions besides the US. It will unlock at midnight US eastern time for the entire US region. So that means 10 pm pacific, 11 pm central, etc.
