There is a 3&k amy mod. Iirc she has no spin jump but has her hammer. Its not exactly official but it feels right, comparing to adventure.
There are mods that add adventure mechanics to the megadrive games aswell, also shadow.

There are two similar hacks for Sonic 2: Amy in Sonic 2, and Sonic 2: Pink Edition. Former has Classic Amy with a Sonic Advance inspired moveset, latter is the same but Amy has her Modern redesign and Cream is the sidekick.
No idea if there's a S3K mod that adds Amy. Closest I can remember is Sonic Classic Heroes but that one has the whole trilogy, and it only has Team Sonic and Team Chaotix.
