Not really. It's neat to explore at first and it's pretty cool having a real game on mobile but it quickly runs out of content and doesn't even have much grind to do afterwards. It's like they forgot they needed people to stick around. I don't think they have anything substantial coming for months so just press F.

ok, I hated the idea of genshin impact like a week ago when I first heard of it. But I figured I'd give it a fair shake since it was so hyped, I could at least back my opinion by saying that I've tried it. And I shit you not the first 30-40 hours are a blast. The combat starts very simple but slowly ramps up in complexity where you're basically weaving 'assist moves' into your combat since you can hotswap between 4 characters at will, and the bosses are kino, especially the wolf and the electro cube.

I'd recommend trying it. You'll easily be able to complete the story (aka the fun part) without paying a dime, the only content that requires powerful units is the spiral abyss, which is basically an uber-difficult endgame dungeon they added to justify the inclusion of op characters you can pay for.

needs a better combo system, switching between characters to form a chain of attacks gets super fucking repetitive as soon as you find the best way since that's all you'll do from then on

Its also a fucking gacha so don't play if your going to do so casually, you'll never make progress unless you fucking grind so this isn't a game you can play on and off, there's gachas out there like that but this isn't one of them since there's no autoplay while you do other things, the time you put into this gacha is what you'll get out of it

I recommend not starting it, this is not a first timer friendly gacha, they want your fucking money and have placed multiple barriers to slow you down unless you play, try a more casual gacha like Granblue Fantasy

I can vouch for this. the story is unironically great and the game is very fun until you get to the end of the story (that's in the game so far). but that's mainly because the game's unfinished. if you're undecided, ask again in a year. hopefully the devs put as much care as they have into the first 2 regions into the rest, and the suits ease up on the terrible monetization.

a new player in GBF can have grids filled with uncapped SSR weapons and mostly SSR characters just from side stories alone, not to mention the free SSR omega weapons they hand out for F2P builds
GBF is too beginner friendly, no one will ever have to suffer a SR grid grind for SSR's
GI is not beginner friendly with its small ass roster and low drop rates

I got 6 stars in floor 8 but 0 stars in 8-2 lol. That round was a fucking mess. I tried re-doing it and I think I got 1 star.
